If you need me, I'll be building, building, building

We welcomed Daddy home after a week-long business trip in Japan by taking a stroll along Venice Beach. Spencer had brought along his trusty pail and shovel. He turned to us and said, "If you need me, I'll be building, building, building." Mike and I thought this a funny thing to say. Building sand castles? What could he be referring to? It turns out he had seen this exact turn of phrase in a book of his about a little boy who wants nothing more in life than to build snowmen. It apparently made quite an impression on Spencer.
